Abstract

Productivity is defined as the ratio between output and input, or the ratio between production output and total resources used. The results of the observation show the value of Pet = 6.33 m2, Pep = 8.64 m2, Ptt = 5.71 m2, Ptp = 7.66 m2. And also obtained the coefficient of Ptt labor value of 0.17 Oh, Ptp worth 0.13 Oh. Calculation of the percentage of Ptt against Psni t obtained a percentage of 57.1%, Ptp against Psni p = 230%. Of the four projects, project C was the most productive project with a productivity of 6.86 m2 / oh, Project B was ranked second with a productivity of 6.23 m2 / oh, project A was ranked third with a productivity of 6.22 m2 / oh, and ranked fourth was project D with a productivity of 6.04 m2 / oh. The most dominant ineffective time occurs is the weather is not supportive, doing other work, and delays. It can be concluded that each project has a different productivity and the productivity of artisan in the field is lower compared to SNI and the productivity of artisan assistants is higher than SNI.
