Abstract
A retaining wall is a building that is built to prevent the steep soil collapse or slopes built where stability cannot be guaranteed by the slope of the land itself. The retaining wall is built to protect the slope of the land and complete slope with a solid foundation. As happened on the Kademen-Penajam Sta. 28-290 road which experienced a landslide.
Cost Budget Plan (RAB) is a calculation of the amount of costs needed for materials and wages, and other costs related to the implementation of development projects. This budget planning is done to control the budget so that there is no swelling due to the purchase of building materials that are not suitable with the volume of work, and work wages.Several methods can be used in project planning scheduling, one of them is S. Curve. Based on the results of the analysis obtained from the calculation of the budget plan for the implementation of this land retaining wall construction project, the required cost is Rp 5.826.500,- with 120 working days.
