TA RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA (RAB) DAN PENJADWALAN RUKO 3 LANTAI DI PERUMAHAN BALIKPAPAN REGENCY TUGAS AKHIR

Abstract

In the construction of building in project required careful planning so that the project development work is carried out done smoothly and on time. The plan includes calculating the budget to avoid cost overruns and scheduling so that the project can run according to a predetermined schedule.

            The Final Project entitled Cost Estimating and Scheduling Construction of 3 storey building in the Balikpapan Regency housing uses of observation method, to find out how much the cost budget is required for the construction of 3 storey building using the Cost Analysis of DPU Balikpapan city in 2018, in addition to knowing the cost budget needed, this study discusses scheduling using the S Curve method to construction of 3 storey building.

            The result of using the Cost Analysis of DPU Balikpapan city in 2018, construction of 3 storey building with 225m² of floor area is cost Rp.541.359.852,79. The time for implementation in the S Curve  is 4 months an 7 days, with a duration of 1 week equals 7 wroksing days.
