TA MAKING OF PROVINCE HOUSING PLAN SITE FROM TOPOGRAPHIC RESULTS WITH THE OPEN POLYGON METHOD IN PENAJAM PASER UTARA THESIS

Abstract

Housing is a group of houses that functions as a residential environment or residential environment that is equipped with environmental facilities and infrastructure (Law No.4 of 1992). Which site plan is a form of activities related to the planning of a land or area to be erected by building or architectural facilities , such as: buildings, roads and bridges. In making a site plan in a residential area, a term related to land use in an area is used.  In making this site plan the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis of data collection through field studies or direct observations in order to produce petatopography. Making this topographic map using the open polygon method in order to get the overall area of ​​North Penajam Paser housing. After calculating, the area of ​​land built in the Paser Sharp Penara Housing consists of the area of ​​housing facilities (built) 63.98% and the area of ​​environmental facilities (open) 36.02% with a total of 32,618 m2 meets the requirements of a comparison between the developed area and the open area that is 70%: 30%.
