TA RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA (RAB) DAN PENJADWALAN PEMBANGUNAN RUKO 3 LANTAI DI BALIKPAPAN THESIS

Abstract

In progress to build a building, cost estimation plan (RAB) and project scheduling is one of the important aspect to be considerend. In this construction project cost estimation plant (RAB) have a big role, because it can organize the budget and measure the work productivity. The function of scheduling project are to get a layout about potencial abilty of a project, project cost, analysis allocation of human resources and material in efectively and eficiently and also can make a limit of the project processing so it will not run out of time.

Build a construction takes several measures to calculate budget , such as, drawing of construction plans, regulations and requirements , analysis of cost and some other conditions. budgeting are influenced by the price escalation of materials, labor, location of work and conditions of employment. Standardization of prices for labor and materials is uses the data from the Public Works Department, the analysis and material prices of SNI 2018 Balikpapan City.

The result of this project for 3 floor shophouse for AHSP DPU Balikpapan City is Rp 2.915.931.000,00 it has an output of work schedulle in 32 weeks or 8 months by using the kurva S curve method.
