TA ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS ALAT BERAT PADA PEKERJAAN LPA (LAPIS PONDASI AGREGAT) PADA PROYEK JALAN NASIONAL DI KABUPATEN PENAJAM PASIR UTARA TUGAS AKHIR

Abstract

The national road connected the Penajam Paser Utara district to the Tanah Grogot district has decreased a half of road surfaces that requires repairment, one of which is the job for aggregate layer, the project requires proper planning to use the right heavy equipment, this research is to achieve productivity of the heavy equipment, the cost of rent and oprational expenses of the heavy equipment that will use.

This research requires several data field and the paperwork of  job project, with the method of completion is productivity calculations heavy equipment, the amount of heavy equipment that needed, rent and operational costs.

Aggregate layer work. The result of  planning get 1 unit Wheel Loader productivity 987.7 m³/day, 4 unit Dump Truck productivity 332.29 m³/day, 1 unit Motor grader productivity 378.53 m³/day, 1 unit Tandem Roller productivity 261.45 m³/day, 1 unit Water Tank Truck productivity 497.98 m³/day, with a target work time of 1 day, with the total costs of rent  heavy equipment and operational obtained about Rp.66.768.705.
